Get ready for one of the most fun Loomis Grammar traditions of the year!
During Pi Day Penny Wars, students can donate spare change to help determine which teachers will get pied in the face at our Pi Day Assembly.
Donation jars labeled with participating teachers’ names will be placed in front of the school office before and after school.
Students can add coins or cash to any teacher’s jar to either help pie them or save them.
Add pennies or dollar bills to their jar.
• 1 Penny = +1 point
• $1 Bill = +100 points
• $5 Bill = +500 points
• $10 Bill = +1,000 points (and so on!)
Add silver coins to their jar.
• Nickel = –5 points
• Dime = –10 points
• Quarter = –25 points
• Half Dollar = –50 points
The top 3 teachers with the most points at the end of Penny Wars will be pied at the Pi Day Assembly!
